Fujikura Composite America is seeking a Product Testing and Fitting Coordinator that will support the development of new products through testing and validation. The position will manage all aspects of product testing including product and player database development, in-studio and on-course testing, and reporting. The position is also responsible for VIP and complimentary fittings and assisting the Tour Department with administrative tasks and event attendance as needed. There has never been a more exciting time to join our product development team!Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the golf shaft testing process from start to finish. In addition to using varying launch monitors, conduct testing on Fujikura’s proprietary enso motion capture system.Testing to include current and prototype Fujikura products, as well as competitor shafts to evaluate product performance in both our in-house studio as well as driving range and on-course testing.Manage and grow our database of golfers with varying swing speeds and skill levels. Maintain a tester database that keeps record of all individual tester’s attributes.Collect and analyze performance data from product testing and prepare reports to present to engineering and product development team with insights and recommendations.Create and manage a tester incentive program to encourage program growth and recurring visits including but not limited to annual budgeting, type and quantity of product needed, overall metrics and goals, etc.Responsible for club building duties including cutting, gripping and installing tip adapters.Spearheads product building for media events, PGA Show needs, marketing influencer/partner product seeding, etc.Conducts Fujikura fittings for VIPs, media partners, guests, and other arranged appointments both at our headquarters and at specified destinations.Assist Fujikura Tour department with order entry, product delivery, gathering product specifications and other tasks as needed.Attend AJGA, college, and top amateur events as a Fujikura fitter and ambassador as neededCoordinate, attend, and host regional Charter Dealer trainings. In conjunction with the product and sales teams, educate participants on upcoming and current products when needed.
