As an experienced “head’ or “lead” painter, you will be expected to be skilled in painting base/clears, single stage, metallic, 3-stage, blending adjacent panels. You must be able to recognize correct or incorrect color matches, and be able to choose the correct alternate or “spray-outs”, or to be able to tint when required. You and your prepper will be responsible for the entire paint process: featheredge, priming, block sanding, final de-nib and/or color-sanding as required. As an experienced painter we expect you to be able to produce consistent results, with consistent texture, and a minimum of “re-dos” It is an absolute prerequisite that you take pride in your work, as does our entire team. We are a busy, family-owned business with a great clientele, established in 1980. We are looking for a hard-working Paint Technician who takes pride in their work, and in providing high-quality repairs for customers. This is a great opportunity for the right technician to receive excellent compensation and be part of a business that supports its staff. PM24ResponsibilitiesThe Intensive Home-Based Therapeutic Care program provide services for youth with emotional challenges and/or multistressed families. The scope of services includes flexible individualized treatment, rehabilitation, supervision, and support that vary in intensity, depending on youth and family needs. The services are delivered by a core team of staff using a Wraparound Philosophy support which helps family, support members, and service providers work together to support the family or child. In addition, all services are delivered using a Trauma Informed Care approach. The Outreach Counselor will provide an average of three to four hours of direct support weekly to each assigned family. Services will be tailored to meet the unique needs of each youth and family served, providing opportunity to maximize their ability to spend time together at home and in the community. Responsibilities include: To provide advocacy and outreach services to assigned caseload of youth and their families, in individual or family's home and community To monitor Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) for all youth and families that supports their capacity for growth and change To establish and set appropriate limits and boundaries as a practitioner in order to assure the safety and protection of the family members and maintain the helping role of the practitioner To provide support and structure to individual and families while monitoring their progress towards completion of service goals To transport individuals in a safe manner in matters related to service delivery To provide on-call emergency coverage as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent. Alternative education/experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.Experience working with youth and families.Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.Compensation details: 18.75 Hourly WagePId94cb68522fa-31181-34309975
