BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a National Field Support Agent, you'll support Spectrum Field Technicians, helping them troubleshoot service problems at customer locations. You'll use your technical and interpersonal skills, along with a range of computer programs and tools to help resolve internet, video, and telephone issues for customers. You'll be at the hub of our dynamic workload management infrastructure acting as traffic controllers for our Field Technicians, enabling efficient and timely service.
