*General Summary:*The CSR Coordinator position is responsible for being a liaison between the front and back areas of the hospital primarily overseeing charges and estimates. He/she is to have an in-depth working knowledge of veterinary medicine, animal behavior and hospital procedures and protocols. He/she is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for the client and/or patient upon entering the exam room to ensuring a proper discharge is thoroughly set up.
